“Six to twelve weeks” sounds abstract. Here's how that time is actually spent on a typical project.

01Weeks 1–2: plan and design

We map the core user journeys, agree the screens and design the look. You review clickable designs before any code is written — the cheapest moment to change your mind.

02Weeks 3–8: build

The app and its admin dashboard are built in stages, with a working test build you can install on your own phone and progress updates every week.

03Weeks 9–10: test and polish

Testing on real devices, fixing edge cases and preparing store listings, screenshots and privacy details.

04Launch and after

Submission to Google Play and the App Store, then a period of fixes and small improvements as real users arrive.

You should hold a working build in your hand long before launch day.
