A modest first budget won't make you famous. It can, however, tell you which message, audience and offer are worth scaling. That's the goal: buy information first, then buy growth.
01Skip the boost button
Boosting a post optimises for engagement — likes and comments — not for the action you need. Run a proper campaign with a clear objective: leads, sales or traffic to a page built to convert.
02Test messages, not colours
Make three genuinely different creatives: three hooks, three promises. A new background colour isn't a new idea. Meta's delivery rewards variety, and different angles tell you what your buyers actually care about.
Spend the first budget learning what to say. Spend the next one saying it louder.
03Give it enough time
Changing everything after two days resets the learning. Let a campaign run for about a week unless something is clearly broken, then cut the weakest creative and put its budget behind the strongest.
04Make sure you can measure
Before a rupee is spent, the pixel and Conversions API should be set up so every lead or purchase is counted. Without it, you're optimising blind.
