Fixed quotes: why we price the project before we start

Hourly billing rewards slow work and makes budgeting a guess. Here's how fixed pricing works — and what keeps it fair on both sides.

Open-ended billing feels flexible until the invoice arrives. For most small and mid-sized brands, a fixed quote is simply easier to plan around.

01What a fixed quote includes

A clear scope — the deliverables, the formats, the pages or screens — a delivery date for each stage, and two structured revision rounds per deliverable. That last part matters: revisions are planned, not negotiated after the fact.

02What keeps it fair

Scope is written down before work starts. If something new comes up mid-project — an extra landing page, a second language, another ad format — we quote it separately and you decide. Nothing gets added silently.

You should know the price before you know the problem.

03How bigger builds are paid

Websites and apps are paid in milestones tied to visible progress: design sign-off, a working build, launch. Ad management runs as a monthly fee, and ad spend always goes straight from you to the platform.

The result is boring in the best way: no surprises, and a budget you can actually defend to a co-founder or a finance team.
